About The Position

Overview Client-facing Account Executive oversees key art campaigns from kickoff through delivery, balancing creative goals with budgets, timelines, and team resourcing to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree from a four-year university in marketing, sales, business, communication or another related field.
  • At least 4 years of related work experience in other sales/customer service role.
  • Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and ability to learn required business systems.
  • Strong knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  • An ease with people, an ability to build new relationships easily, and beyond all else, confidence in the key art/digital/social products and services MOCEAN offers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation, positive influence, and ability to build relationships.
  • Result-oriented and customer-focused with a passion for the creative process, a business acumen, enthusiasm and passion for the business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project budgets and track spend to maintain strong margins across multiple key art campaigns.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, providing fast, thoughtful communication and proactive problem-solving.
  • Translate client objectives into clear creative direction and actionable plans for internal teams.
  • Oversee schedules and deadlines to ensure on-time delivery without sacrificing quality.
  • Lead operational planning, including approving timesheets, managing time-off requests, and maintaining accurate staff availability.
  • Coordinate staffing to ensure team members are consistently booked for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
  • Establish and lead regular team check-ins to align priorities, workloads, and project progress.
  • Source and manage freelance talent to support project needs and fluctuating workloads.
  • Partner closely with creative and production leadership to balance client expectations with internal capacity.
