Your Impact: As an Axon Justice Account Executive, you will own and drive the strategic growth of large, high-impact state and local judicial customers across a defined territory. This is a quota-carrying, external field role with broad autonomy and responsibility for developing and executing territory strategy aligned to Axon’s broader business objectives. You will lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, navigate judicial procurement processes, and build trusted executive-level relationships across customer branches. Success in this role requires the ability to translate complex, multi-product solutions into compelling value propositions, influence internal and external stakeholders, and materially impact regional revenue growth and market share.
