Advantage Solutions is hiring for our 2026 Summer Internship Program. This individual will be with us for 10 weeks (June 1st- August 7th, 2026). Internships provide students with challenging, relevant work experience in their field of interest as well as introduce them to additional career opportunities. Internships may lead to future opportunities within the Company, although there are no guarantees for full-time employment. Position Summary Account Leadership Intern Overview The Account Leadership Intern is the coordinator for the team, helping plan and manage project initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Brand and competitive assessments Assisting in project kick-offs Timeline management Meeting scheduling and meeting recaps This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, including creative, retailer intelligence, strategy, media, and production. The intern participates in the development of program plans, project estimates, project briefs, and the execution of program deliverables and budget reconciliation. General Qualifications Rising Senior, Graduating in May or Grad Student Majors: Marketing, Advertising, Business Communication, Journalism, English Available for 40 hours a week, 9-5, for the 10-week program (June 1 - Aug 7) Familiar with Google Docs, Google Slides, Outlook, and Excel Come from a place of curiosity and wanting to learn more Preferable that they've already had an internship General Expectations Organization and time management skills Ability to quickly learn and process information Strong verbal and written communication skills Team player and adhere to the AMP Employee Handbook Complete an individual project supporting the team you are assigned to Position is remote, but there will be travel to the Advantage offices 2 times over the program. If you live in the Chicago or Boston area, you could go to the AMP office on Wednesdays Will complete trainings to fill in any gaps in the general tech used by the agency to gain proficiency Skills Beyond General Expectations Leadership qualities Strong written and oral communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Collaborative mindset
