About The Position

Unity is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to drive Industry sales across a defined set of Named Accounts in the AMER region. This role will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for our Real-Time 3D Platform and Asset Management suite. You will play a critical role in expanding Unity’s footprint, achieving revenue targets, and contributing to the continued growth of the Industry Sales team. The ideal candidate will bring deep account management expertise and a passion for enabling customer success with cutting-edge technology.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in SaaS, Platform, and/or Cloud Technology sales
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding a personal quota
  • Experience navigating and closing complex, six-to-seven figure enterprise deals
  • Effective management of a large sales pipeline and accurate forecasting
  • Proficiency in developing and delivering executive-level presentations

Nice To Haves

  • Expertise in RealTime3D, Asset Management, Data Transformation, and Visualization
  • Experience managing accounts within the Public Sector, including government agencies or federal contractors
  • Experience working with Channels, ISV's, and System Integrators or Service Partners

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to achieve and exceed sales quotas within a defined set of Named Accounts in the AMER region.
  • Revenue Generation: Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing Enterprise-level deals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, Legal, and other internal teams to ensure successful deal closure and customer adoption.
  • Customer Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customer executives and business decision-makers.
  • Market Expertise: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business challenges and clearly articulating the value of Unity's solutions to drive digital transformation.
