The Account Executive, Individual Health, is responsible for the sales and ongoing service of individual and family health insurance policies for the Connecticut & New York markets. This role manages a book of business that includes an assigned portfolio upon hire and grows the book through new sales, referrals, and retention efforts. The Account Executive serves as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding plan selection, enrollment, renewals, and ongoing support while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and an excellent client experience.
