About The Position

The Account Executive for AMO Sales & Services, Inc. at Johnson & Johnson is responsible for representing the company to a designated customer base in Indianapolis, IN. The role focuses on increasing sales of Monofocal and Refractive IOLs, Phaco, OVD, and other related products through consultative selling and the implementation of marketing plans. The Account Executive provides technical product knowledge and support to ensure customer satisfaction while collaborating with other sales personnel to enhance productivity and customer value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
  • 3 years of professional selling experience is required.
  • Surgical O.R. experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to support company goals.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the medical device industry.
  • Knowledge of ophthalmology and eye care products.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales goals through execution of U.S. marketing plans.
  • Demonstrate a consultative and value-based sales approach to selling IOLs, Phaco equipment, viscoelastics, and surgical adjuncts.
  • Provide expert product knowledge regarding surgical and refractive techniques and technical product support.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed sales, procedural, and financial presentations to customers.
  • Leverage Johnson & Johnson's resources and sales personnel to enhance field productivity.
  • Utilize Customer Resource Management System and computer hardware/software to enhance productivity.
  • Manage Johnson & Johnson's field assets, including IOL consignments and surgical instruments.
