As an Account Executive (internally termed an Enrollment Specialist) at Housecall Pro, you will be using your consultative sales skills to identify the challenges and pain that customers are facing in their business and how HouseCall Pro can alleviate that pain. We also want to inspire our Pros to delight their customers in order to grow their business. You will become an expert in an array of different Pro verticals so that you can build credibility and speak with authority. Your daily activity will consist of doing 3-5, 45-minute product demos on Zoom (with your camera on), supporting the on-boarding process for new customers and managing a pipeline. You will work closely with SDRs and Account Executives as part of a larger sales org, focused on working with inbound leads - those generated from various marketing channels that have shown an interest in seeing a demonstration of our software. Our team of entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and client-focused team members are the "human face" of Housecall Pro, helping our service professionals to understand the value of our software in growing their businesses.
