SUMMARY: Responsible for developing/building and maintaining relationships with Key Customers and Managers in designated chains. Planning and Executing Promotion and Pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability for Ozarks Coca-Cola/Dr Pepper. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Develop and provide strategic leadership/input to staff. Build, develop and maintain customer relationships with key accounts. Maintain positive customer contacts. Develop/maximize opportunities with new and existing customers. Resolve customer concerns and issues. Build and execute sales forecasting and ensure proper execution of pricing, promotional programs and Customer Marketing Agreements. Develop and implement sales incentive programs. Execute local and national creative marketing promotions. Obtain authorization from customers to sell and deliver product and/or equipment. Develop and deliver sales presentations. Communicate market conditions with internal sales group. Assist with monitoring and evaluating brand performance. Track and report performance compared to Key Business Indicators. Ensure that Company management principles, policies, and programs are consistently practiced. Be a team player, with the ability to work across boundaries with all levels of the organization. Analyze Company operations to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiencies, cost reduction, and enhanced company earnings and growth.
