About The Position

At The Pharmacy Hub, we collaborate with pharmaceutical brands, manufacturers, health brands, telemedicine providers, and healthcare companies to deliver essential products directly to patients. Our expertise allows us to seamlessly distribute pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and other healthcare products to consumers, ensuring greater accessibility and convenience. Job Summary: The Account Executive Level I will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients at The Pharmacy Hub. This role is essential for gathering key client information, accurately entering data into our CRM system, and qualifying leads for the Account Executive team. This role will require a strong working knowledge of the industry and TPH services to ensure all inbound leads are serviced correctly, while also building an outreach strategy to reach new clients and expand the TPH footprint in the healthcare sector. This position is part of a true startup mentality and organization, meaning adaptability and reprioritization of tasks and goals is essential to be effective in this role

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in one of the following organizations: telehealth, non-retail pharmacy, HealthTech, e-commerce, online startup.
  • Strong working knowledge of the wellness and longevity medical space.
  • Experience calling on clinics, providers, medical groups, hospitals, or medspas.
  • Fluency in English language and ability to communicate and present effectively.
  • 1+ years experience as: sales executive, BDR, inside sales, or account manager.
  • Prior CRM experience required (Hubspot, Salesforce, Copper, etc.)
  • Comfort working interdepartmentally to accommodate customer requests.
  • Experience working in an everchanging landscape with ability to reprioritize quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize coordinated outreach efforts to create a prospect funnel and convert new clinic business opportunities to The Pharmacy Hub.
  • Continually maintain and replenish opportunity funnel to ensure revenue and volume targets/quotas are reached.
  • Leverage TPH’s offerings to align with the needs of clinics, medspas, chiropractors, and other practitioners using phone and email outreach
  • Build upon practitioner relationships to improve market share via upsell and cross-sell opportunities whenever possible.
  • Update and improve CRM records to ensure activity, deal progression, and account details are logged accurately.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of clinic and medspa landscape to operate as SME for the business segment.
  • Maintain and uphold a high level of professionalism, both internally across departments as well as externally in the marketplace.
  • Prioritize clear, consistent communication with new clients throughout the intake and onboarding process.
  • Adhere to new marketing and sales campaigns as they are presented to the AE teams.
  • Provide administrative support related to client management activities.
  • Continuously update knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
