About The Position

The Security Services Sales Account Executive will focus on securing Planned Service Agreements with new and existing customers, serving as the subject matter expert for video services and digital services. This role involves reactivating, adding-on, and making minor modifications to out-of-service locations, as well as selling the complete services portfolio to new and existing customers. The position requires daily collaboration with district sales leaders to manage sales metrics and drive impactful activities.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to present to senior level executives.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule.
  • Available for local travel.

Nice To Haves

  • College degree and/or technical degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial sales in the security, IT, or technology sales industry.

Responsibilities

  • Secure Planned Service Agreements with new and existing customers.
  • Reactivate, add-on, and make minor modifications to out-of-service locations.
  • Sell the complete services portfolio to new and existing customers.
  • Work daily with district sales leaders in managing sales metrics.
  • Utilize opportunity data from various sources to identify sales opportunities.
  • Conduct field and phone blitzes to generate leads.
  • Network with property managers and other Centers of Influence.
  • Follow the SPIN Selling Sales Call Process to communicate value propositions.
  • Target and grow existing customers with low service penetration.
  • Market and introduce JCI digital services to prospects.
  • Identify prospects using creative lead-generating techniques.
  • Prepare sales presentations and proposals using approved marketing materials.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain customer retention.
  • Process work orders and complete all paperwork according to procedures.
