SUMMARY: Responsible to develop/build and maintain relationships with Key Customers and Mangers in designated chains. Plan and Execute Promotion and Pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability for Ozarks Coca-Cola. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Develop and provide strategic leadership/input to staff. Build, develop and maintain customer relationships with key accounts. Maintain positive customer contacts. Develop/maximize opportunity with new and existing customers. Resolve customer concerns and issues. Build and execute sales forecasting and ensure proper execution of pricing, promotional programs and Customer Marketing Agreements. Develop and implement sales incentive programs. Execute local and national creative marketing promotions. Obtain authorization from customer to sell and deliver product and/or equipment. Develop and deliver sales presentations. Communicate market conditions with internal sales group. Assist in monitoring and evaluating brand performance. Track and report performance compared to Key Business Indicators. Ensure that Company management principles, policies, and programs are consistently practiced. Must be a team player, with ability to work across boundaries with all levels of the organization. Analyze Company operations to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiencies, cost reduction, and enhanced company earnings and growth.
