About The Position

The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for achieving financial goals through the implementation of marketing and sales strategies within a designated territory. This role focuses on promoting Traditions Health's services to skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, senior living facilities, and senior communities. The AE will also engage in educational activities with various stakeholders to communicate the company's value proposition, while collaborating with sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue generation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

  • Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.

  • Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.

  • Familiarity with community resources and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed territory admission goals.
  • Meet short- and long-term target account goals.
  • Develop relationships with key facility accounts and service these accounts legally and compliantly.
  • Make sufficient sales calls to meet with 8-10 decision makers per day.
  • Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge to effectively present Traditions values and expertise.
  • Partner with the clinical team to provide the highest level of service and support to patients and referral sources.
  • Educate referral sources on the components of the company's services.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of quarterly Strategic Business Plans and maintain target lists.
  • Prioritize accounts according to the market sales plan.
  • Develop networking relationships in the community.
  • Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and submit reports on time.
