We are seeking a professional Senior Account Executive to join our Home Health Agency. As the Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for growing business through new client referrals with physicians, hospitals, Skilled nursing facilities management, discharge planners and case case managers and promote the home health agency. Conduct in-services, presentations, educational, host and attend relevant events by introducing our home health care services to physicians, patients, their families, facility staff and other referral sources. Coordinate and complete on-site discharge planning when needed. Ability to perform an initial territory market analysis and required business development plans quarterly/annually. Responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating all marketing/sales activities for the company services. Develop and establish new business referral sources consistently. Identify and implement market strategies with sales and clinical teams resulting in continued census growth. Mains knowledge of Medicare and State specific home health care regulations. Obtains physician's order for specified treatments and participates in the referral process. Prepare business plans and maintain target lists. Prioritize accounts in accordance with the market sales plan. Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on key customer opportunities, service line extensions and proposal or contract pricing. The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong sales and negotiation skills.
