Requirements

• 5+ years of SaaS/software sales experience, with established relationships at the Director level and above.
• Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ ARR quotas, especially in complex, consultative selling environments.
• Strong outbound skills—you know how to generate your own pipeline through research, cold outreach, and smart networking.
• Ability to lead solution-driven sales conversations and translate tech into business outcomes.
• Experience in healthcare SaaS sales is highly desirable, particularly in selling to health systems, payers, or life sciences.
• Familiarity with agentic AI platforms or solutions powered by Generative AI/AI agents is a strong plus.
• Prior experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is a bonus—we value agility and grit.

Responsibilities

• Owning the complete sales cycle from start to finish— identifying prospects, building relationships, delivering high-impact presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Once a deal is closed, you’ll seamlessly hand off to our Forward Deployed Engineering team to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience for the client.
• Consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and annual) through a mix of outbound prospecting, lead nurturing, and strategic account development.
• Building and managing a strong, diverse, and well-qualified pipeline , ensuring accuracy and visibility through detailed reporting and weekly pipeline review meetings. You’ll be expected to keep CRM data clean, updated, and aligned with forecasting goals.
• Engaging with stakeholders across all levels of client organizations —from C-suite decision-makers and technical buyers to compliance, legal, and operations teams. You’ll tailor your pitch and leverage value-based selling, storytelling, and live demos to align Skypoint’s capabilities with each stakeholder’s unique priorities.
• Collaborating closely with our Marketing team to design and execute highly targeted, multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads and accelerate sales cycles.
• Representing Skypoint at industry events , conferences, and client meetings as needed to strengthen relationships, build market awareness, and identify new opportunities.
