About The Position
The Account Executive - Health & Benefits position at Paychex involves selling Agency Health and Employee Benefits Insurance products and services to both new clients and existing Paychex clients. The role requires achieving corporate objectives by generating sales revenue and health applications to meet and exceed sales quotas. The Account Executive will leverage the Go-to-Market Sales Strategy to identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders, whether through in-person or virtual interactions. Building internal relationships, developing a referral network, and establishing Insurance Carrier relationships are crucial for enhancing sales and service. The position also requires processing sales contracts professionally and projecting a positive image of the company to clients and the community. A Life, Accident, and Health license must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
