This Personal Lines Account Executive will serve as a "floater". The Floater will be a flexible resource across the Pacific Region, supporting multiple service teams and books of business as needed. In this role, you will manage an assigned portfolio of personal lines clients with a strong emphasis on carrier relationships and marketing expertise — navigating placements across standard and non-standard markets, negotiating coverage terms, and designing competitive insurance programs tailored to high-net-worth and private client needs. Working alongside Producers and client service teams, you will own the full account management lifecycle: proactive client consultation, redundant touchpoints with key decision makers, carrier interface and remarketing, risk control coordination, and cross-functional collaboration across HUB's broader platform. This is a high-impact role for a Personal Lines professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and brings deep carrier market knowledge to every account they touch.
