Reporting to the Federal Sales lead, the position of Federal Sales Account Executive is responsible for new business revenue by identifying new sales opportunities, building sales channels, and closing sales. The Federal Sales Account Executive will handle the transition from business opportunity to proposal development to award. The Federal Sales Account Executive will manage activities from identification to award that will enable the growth of sales across the public sector and will strive to exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets. The Federal Sales Account Executive will execute business development activities within the federal government and the DoD by identifying, cultivating and maturing relationships with the necessary channels that could assist in selling Smarsh products. The core responsibility of the Account Executive will be to drive new revenue growth of Smarsh.
