Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to develop relationships with dealer principals and decision makers.
  • Well-developed business management, presentation and relationship selling skills.
  • Accountability and effective prioritization of tasks.
  • Branded as a problem solver and able to manage conflicting priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior F&I Management in dealership environment.
  • Proven history of driving change within the automotive industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data driven insights to develop strategic plans.
  • Strong territory management expertise.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Sell finance & insurance (F&I) product lines to meet targeted goals by explaining corporate programs and service capabilities, while effectively overcoming objections.
  • Service current customers by maintaining rapport, making regular visits, evaluating customer's needs for new opportunities, and replying to requests.
  • Identify non-F&I opportunities and coordinate with the Insurance Specialist.
  • Assist in training F&I Managers within dealerships to ensure customers are fully knowledgeable with Ally's products.
  • Maintain current knowledge about competitors, market threats and challenges, and remain involved in the industry, respective area and trade associations.
