About The Position

The Account Executive provides world-class support to an existing book of clients who are purchasing our suite of Digital Markets products. Here at G2, our Digital Market products include pay per lead & pay per click advertising. In this role, your job will be to ensure the client's digital marketing spend grows consistently year over year. As a member of the team, you’ll become an expert on our product offerings and gain deep knowledge in SaaS, marketing, and technology business. You'll spend your day learning about our largest and savviest (Fortune 500) software clients’ business goals and educating them on best practices to grow their business through their lead generation campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of consultative, B2B sales experience
  • Experience prospecting and selling to the C-Suite and senior-level leadership of large, enterprise businesses
  • Upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills
  • Established persuasion skills and phone presence
  • Ability to conduct in-person and web conference meetings with senior executives

Responsibilities

  • Help your customers (enterprise software companies) meet and exceed their goals for driving sales from their programs with our Digital Markets products in order to maximize retention
  • Prospect into new buying centers in your accounts in order to find opportunities for your accounts to grow their spend with our Digital Markets products
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts
  • Conduct retention best practices via quarterly business reviews and regular performance calls
  • You'll stay up to date with the latest online marketing and lead generation best practices to help your clients improve their marketing efforts through proactive, consultative outreach
  • Maintain a robust pipeline month over month to achieve growth targets
