About The Position

We are seeking a remote-based Enterprise Account Director at 1E who excels in delivering exceptional consultative customer experiences through tailored technology solutions. We are looking for smart, passionate, and inquisitive sales professionals with a keen interest in technology. As an Enterprise Account Director at 1E, you will play a foundational role within our company. This is an amazing opportunity to sell cutting-edge technology to some of the biggest accounts in the world. We've just won the largest DEX deals ever with the VA and HP, deploying to millions of HP consumer devices. It's the perfect time to join us to sell our products and drive growth in the North American Enterprise Market, generating, building, and winning new business from prospects and existing customers across all verticals. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling high value complex enterprise software solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow deals through consultative selling.
  • Familiarity with the MEDDIC sales approach.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic territory plans.

Responsibilities

  • Sell high value complex enterprise software solutions into various verticals such as Insurance, Retail Banking, and Finance.
  • Meet/exceed direct sales goals of 1M+ with an average deal size of $200k+.
  • Grow deals through Consultative selling and Value-based approach.
  • Demonstrate comfort with senior level meetings and presentations in a virtual selling role.
  • Develop a strategic territory plan and create a relevant execution plan to deliver it.
  • Act as an ambitious self-starter with high energy and motivation.
  • Maintain an excellent track record of success in an individual contributor role with a strong net new business component.
