Plans and executes sales targets and activities in a specified region for the portfolio of a unit in order to increase sales with all kinds of potential customers and to achieve defined commercial targets. As an Account Executive, Point of Care, you will lead the charge in delivering world-class Diagnostic POC solutions to hospitals and integrated healthcare systems. You will manage a strategic territory, driving growth for industry-leading products including Blood Gas, EPOC, and IT Solutions. In this role, you aren’t just selling equipment; you are providing the clinical tools that enable faster, more accurate patient care decisions at the bedside.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful capital sales experience (direct and/or channel partnership).
  • Deep experience selling complex capital equipment within the hospital market.
  • Familiarity with Miller Heiman or SPIN sales processes.
  • High-level presentation skills with the ability to inspire distribution partners and stakeholders.
  • To be eligible for employment, applicants must hold a valid driver’s license in the state they reside and may not have any prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending DUI/DWI charges or other serious moving violations (unless such a restriction is prohibited by state/local law).
  • Position must have full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites to perform the essential functions of this position.
  • Unless prohibited by law, position must meet all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to have full client access and must continue to meet those requirements during the course of employment in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the sale of our POC portfolio (Blood Gas, EPOC, IT Solutions) across high-volume hospital segments.
  • Develop and execute penetration strategies for the hospital POC market through both direct and distribution channels.
  • Manage growth forecasts and sales funnels to ensure the highest level of service and goal achievement.
  • Deliver on strategic imperatives established by senior leadership to maintain our market-leading position.

Benefits

  • Compensation: This position includes eligibility for variable compensation of $70,000 and is not capped. Any stated bonus or incentive amounts represent target or estimated earnings and are not guaranteed. Actual payouts depend on performance and applicable plan terms.
