About The Position
As a Cox Business Account Manager, you'll provide business executives with the tools and technology to connect with their customers, stakeholders, and employees, helping them grow their enterprise. The Account Manager retains and grows valuable large business relationships, creating technology solutions to meet customers' business communications needs and managing the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction, expand the customer base, and meet corporate/regional revenue goals. The role involves selling complex bundled telephony, data, video, and internet bandwidth solutions to large accounts, as well as maintaining ongoing relationships and retaining an assigned base of existing customers.
