About The Position

The Account Executive, Corporate Partnership is responsible for generating revenue for the property through the sale of club-controlled inventory including stadium signage, digital assets, radio, promotional events, and hospitality entitlements. This individual will play a key role in business development and contribute to the overall success of the corporate partnership team. Qualified applicants must demonstrate a high level of communication and interpersonal skills, be willing and comfortable interacting with senior level business executives, and execute the responsibilities tied to the entitlements in related agreements. This is a full-time position that reports to the Director of Corporate Partnerships.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant sales experience.
  • Ability to work with aggressive sales goals and expectations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and/or game days.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM management systems (KORE, AirTable, or other similar software) is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Research, prospect, and establish leads for corporate relationships.
  • Develop unique partnership proposals to meet clients’ expectations.
  • Maintain CRM system with prospective and active contacts to align with needs set by Diamond Baseball Holdings (DBH).
  • Weekly meeting with corporate partnership team to measure sales efforts and pathway to local and DBH-led performance metrics.
  • Collaboration with other internal departments to ensure all needs are met for game day activations, marketing efforts, and operational requirements.
  • All other job duties as they arise.
