As a Telephonic Account Executive, you will generate new business revenue by selling LexisNexis products to corporate legal departments within your assigned territory.
Identifying new revenue growth opportunities in the assigned territory
Cultivating further potentials for current customers and developing sales leads for Account Managers for cross-selling
Maintaining and expanding the company’s database of prospects
Accepting orders, closing sales, maintaining customer records and completing required documentation
Planning for approaching and monitoring resources while working within the overall sales plan developed by the team manager
Liaising with other departments within LN to align customer requirements with company objectives
Have in-depth knowledge of strategic selling techniques and CRM systems
Be able to effectively partner and collaborate across teams
Be able to converse with your customers to gain insight and understand needs and challenges
Display proven track record of working successfully in a business development role
Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Have impressive prospecting, selling, negotiating and closing skills
Have successful business-to-business sales experience
Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
