As an Account Executive, Client Relationship Management & Acquisition, you will manage a portfolio of Fortune 500 accounts to achieve long-term success. This role requires industry expertise and a proven track record of executing within large companies. You will need to excel in complex sales negotiations and be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively with partners, stakeholders, and in complex business development scenarios. You will work closely with the Client Partner Executive on the account, ensuring alignment and strategic coordination. Your primary focus will be on retaining and understanding a book of existing clients, while also building new business through both existing and new relationships. You will work closely with clients to build strategies that address their business needs and drive growth. This role involves setting and running customer sales appointments, working cross-functionally to sell and service our customers, and developing positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You will be focused on the next quarter, aiming to grow the 20-30% opportunities to 60-70% by the end of the current quarter. In this dynamic position, you will leverage your expertise to identify white-space opportunities that solve our customers' business problems, ultimately protecting and growing our revenue in the account. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships, coupled with your strategic thinking and business acumen, will be key to your success in this role.
