Your job is to open doors, run strong discovery, close complex clinic deals, and drive predictable revenue growth for Care Collaboration.

Requirements

  • You have 4–8 years of full-cycle healthcare sales experience, selling into provider or clinic organizations
  • You have a track record of consistent quota attainment
  • You’ve closed complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • You’re strong in consultative discovery and can translate technical solutions into clear clinical and financial value
  • You’re comfortable prospecting and generating your own pipeline
  • You understand clinical workflows and how providers make purchasing decisions
  • You’re disciplined about pipeline management and forecasting
  • You move fast, follow up aggressively, and don’t need hand-holding

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting through close and early activation for provider and clinic accounts
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Execute disciplined outbound strategies using multi-channel outreach
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations with clinical and operational stakeholders
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations that clearly communicate clinical and operational impact
  • Accurately forecast pipeline movement and revenue outcomes
  • Partner with Customer Success and Solutions to ensure strong activation and long-term account growth
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities across additional clinics, service lines, and product capabilities
