About The Position

Ezee Fiber is seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive, Business Sales to support revenue growth within the Small and Mid-Sized Business (SMB) market. This role is responsible for prospecting, developing, and closing new business opportunities while building strong, long-term relationships with business customers in assigned markets. The Account Executive will serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their connectivity needs and delivering customized fiber solutions. This role plays a critical part in expanding Ezee Fiber’s business customer footprint and supporting the company’s overall growth strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B or SMB sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and maintain a robust pipeline of new SMB business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and activity metrics.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Ezee Fiber products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle, from initial engagement through close.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM systems.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering, Construction, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support order processing, installations, and customer onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on lead follow-up, local events, and demand generation initiatives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on customer insights, objections, and competitive activity.
  • Represent Ezee Fiber at local business events, networking opportunities, and community engagements.
