About The Position

We are looking for an experienced, high-energy Account Executive to join our team and help us bring modern hiring and talent acquisition technology to more customers. If you are passionate about improving how companies recruit and you thrive in fast-paced SaaS environments, we would love to meet you.

Requirements

  • 3 to 7 or more years of successful SaaS sales experience, ideally in HR tech, recruiting software, ATS platforms, or talent acquisition solutions.
  • A strong track record of consistently exceeding quotas and closing mid-market to enterprise deals.
  • Experience selling to HR and Talent Acquisition leaders including CHROs, Heads of People, Talent Directors, and Hiring Managers.
  • Comfort operating in a full-cycle B2B sales role that includes both outbound and inbound opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of HR and recruiting workflows is a strong plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into enterprise HR or Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Background in HR tech startups or recruitment automation software.
  • Familiarity with ATS or HRIS systems and the broader HR tech ecosystem

Responsibilities

  • Run the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to demos, negotiation, and closing.
  • Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders to understand their hiring challenges and present our platform as a meaningful solution.
  • Manage a healthy pipeline of both high-velocity deals and longer strategic opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to share insights and support growth.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, curiosity, and a strong value-driven approach.
