This hybrid role can be based out of our New Jersey, New York City or Philadelphia office. How this opportunity is different This is more than an account management or transactional brokerage position. As a Surety Account Executive/Broker I, you will act as a strategic advisor to complex contract and commercial surety clients. You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of sophisticated accounts, advise clients on surety program structure and market conditions, and lead negotiations with top-tier surety markets. You’ll work closely with internal producers and client service teams, serving as the surety lead while leveraging Aon’s full resources to deliver innovative solutions and maximize surety credit.
