About The Position

As an Account Executive at Pubity Group, you'll be a key part of our growing US Sales team, based in New York. Your mission will be to drive revenue by supporting and growing our client and agency relationships. You’ll focus on selling social amplification and branded content across a range of accounts. You’ll play a pivotal role in helping Pubity Group build a reputation as a trusted youth culture brand for advertisers.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in media sales, preferably across East Coast media agencies and brands.
  • A foundational but growing contact base in sectors such as CPG, Retail, Tech, Gaming, Travel
  • Experience in responding to media briefs that are distribution-focused, and supporting in the development of custom content proposals.
  • Passion and knowledge of social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • A collaborative and positive mindset — ready to roll up your sleeves and make an impact in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Passionate and motivated to leverage AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to enable day to day efficiencies across sales tasks.
  • Great communication and organizational skills, and enjoys negotiating!

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify new advertising targets across your assigned vertical(s) and account list.
  • Be motivated and hungry to build lead-gen that converts and books a handful of client meetings each week.
  • Support the Head of Industry in building long-term client-direct and agency relationships, whilst achieving revenue targets.
  • Support in sales pitches showcasing the full suite of our social advertising solutions aligned to client marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Client Services, Strategy, Creative, Social Editorial and Production to help shape and deliver compelling proposals.
  • Keep up-to-date with platform trends and contribute innovative ideas to drive engagement and growth.
  • Deliver against your personal quarterly revenue targets.
  • Be a champion for CRM data capture and hygiene.
