Requirements

  • Skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Account Management
  • Experience in generating leads and developing new accounts
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Prior experience in sales and account management in the logistics or transportation industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or relevant field experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Responsibilities

  • Experience in cold calling and developing new accounts.
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction, and Account Management.
