Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in software sales, preferably within the Amazon Connect space.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and closing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
  • Industry knowledge and a strong network with channel partners (AWS).
  • Experience selling innovative solutions to new customers and upselling to existing customers/accounts.
  • Ability to present in front of internal and external stakeholders professionally.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets, ranking in the top 10% of the current company.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to meet with clients.
  • B.A./B.S Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with AWS’s sales and customer success organizations within the contact center space.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and push professional boundaries.
  • Find new business opportunities and expand the company's client base.
  • Maintain lead follow-up, tasks, and forecasting within Salesforce.
  • Exceed sales quotas to help the company meet its sales and high-growth targets.
  • Act as a problem solver for clients by addressing their pain points and demonstrating how NeuraFlash can help.
