About The Position

We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to join our Automotive Marketing Team—part of the USA TODAY Network’s enterprise-wide solutions group. Our mission? To deliver best-in-class, end-to-end digital marketing strategies that empower our automotive clients to grow their business with confidence. As an Account Executive, you’ll be the face of LOCALiQ Automotive, managing a portfolio of dealership clients and building lasting relationships with senior-level decision-makers. You’ll act as both a strategic partner and solution creator—helping clients navigate the evolving digital landscape while delivering real, measurable results.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of sales experience with proven results in media, marketing, or digital advertising.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and audience-based marketing solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing pipelines and forecasts via CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Grow revenue through new business acquisition, upselling, and client retention.
  • Develop strong relationships with local dealerships and rooftop leaders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build custom digital solutions that drive ROI.
  • Lead in-person meetings, share campaign insights, and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Manage pipeline and performance using Salesforce; forecast and report results accurately.
  • Craft account strategies that align with client goals and LOCALiQ’s offerings.
