The Opportunity Candidate must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, Tulare County, Kern County, or within 20-miles of Santa Clarita Valley, CA requiring local travel throughout the surrounding Tulare County, Kern County & Santa Clarita Valley, CA sales market. Company vehicle provided. An Account Executive for Ally Auto Finance acts as a field sales representative, promoting the full breadth of Ally's auto finance products and services to dealerships and equipping them with the tools necessary to grow their business and support their customers. They identify, pursue, and maximize business opportunities within their local market and create solid working relationships with existing and new dealers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a dealer-interfacing role within the auto finance space.
  • Ability to leverage industry expertise and relationships to contribute to business strategy and drive profitability.
  • Full sales lifecycle experience with a strong foundation in business management, analytics, presentation, and relationship selling skills.
  • Active problem solver with an aptitude for managing conflicting priorities.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle for Ally's auto finance product offerings and act as a singular point-of-contact for existing and new dealerships in a designated market.
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of all Ally's auto finance products, plans, and programs such as floorplan financing, Dealer Products & Services, and SmartAuction.
  • Market and promote the full breadth of Ally's products and services including commercial banking products.
  • Communicate and liaise with designated Consumer Underwriters and peer Account Executives across Ally Auto and Insurance.
  • Coordinate with key product specialists on the team to provide assistance, training, and consultative services to all assigned dealers.
  • Manage risk as a Dealership Performance Consultant.
