Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of sales or account management experience
  • Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated ability to meet performance goals in a metrics-driven environment
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in Mandarin

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Logistics/freight forwarding/Supply Chain industry as a Broker/Customs agent
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Track record of successful B2B relationship building
  • Experience working with Amazon Retail vendors or similar enterprise customers
  • Demonstrated ability to learn complex technical products and explain them simply

Responsibilities

  • Drive New Business Acquisition: Execute targeted outreach to potential customers, manage active accounts, and guide them through comprehensive sales and onboarding processes
  • Vendor Conversion: Partner with internal teams to identify and approach conversion opportunities, delivering compelling presentations about our customs brokerage services
  • External Customer Acquisition: Research and qualify potential clients, conduct discovery calls, and prepare tailored proposals that showcase our unique value proposition
  • Continuous Improvement: Capture customer insights, identify process enhancements, and contribute to refining sales strategies and messaging
  • Relationship Management: Maintain accurate customer interaction records and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
