About The Position

As the Manager, Account Executive, you will be a pivotal leader guiding a team of Account Executives (AEs) who are at the forefront of closing new business for Kenect. Your role is integral in driving substantial revenue growth, and developing the skills of our Account Executives. This position presents a thrilling opportunity to shape the success of our Service AI Platform and play a vital role in the evolution of Kenect’s continued success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales excellence, including 3+ years of proven leadership in guiding high-performing teams to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Strategic vision with a knack for developing and executing plans to drive business growth.
  • Previous experience with MEDDICC sales qualification
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, ensuring effective communication within and across teams.
  • Proficiency in performance evaluation, feedback delivery, and strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Client-centric mindset, dedicated to understanding and surpassing client expectations.
  • Activities focused leader, identifying the right activities that drives results and holding the team accountable
  • Forward-thinking and innovation-oriented, keeping abreast of industry trends.
  • Data-driven decision-making ability, utilizing analytics for strategic initiatives.
  • Adaptability and flexibility, navigating a dynamic business environment and guiding teams through change.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of account executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for client acquisition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with product development and marketing efforts.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Oversee the negotiation and closing of deals, ensuring favorable outcomes for both clients and the Kenect.
  • Foster a client-focused culture within the account executive team.
