About The Position

As an Account Executive 2 at BambooHR, you will play a key role in driving sales by building relationships with potential clients and managing the sales process. Your role will focus on generating leads, identifying client needs, and working with the team to close deals. You'll also contribute to maintaining a strong sales pipeline and meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (like Salesforce) and basic sales tools.
  • A track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present product demos.
  • A strong desire to succeed and the ability to manage objections and push through challenges.
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals.
  • Willingness to learn from feedback and improve your sales approach.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outreach and networking.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and track progress using our CRM system.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored BambooHR solutions to solve their challenges.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to move deals through the sales process.
  • Assist in negotiating deals and moving prospects to a close.
  • Stay informed about product updates and market trends to improve sales performance.
