About The Position

The Account Executive 2, Indirect Channel Sales - Branded Partnership role at Comcast is responsible for managing a territory of branded partner retail locations. The primary focus is to ensure a consistent customer experience and achieve regional sales objectives by collaborating with branded partner management. This position requires strong operational knowledge and the ability to drive sales and customer care initiatives while maintaining brand standards across partner locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience.
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage results of a territory of branded partner retail locations to ensure consistent customer experience and achievement of sales objectives.
  • Develop and distribute promotional and communications materials for branded partners.
  • Ensure branded partner retail locations are maintained and merchandised according to brand standards.
  • Act as a liaison for sales and customer care-related issues between branded partners and Comcast.
  • Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations to branded partner management.
  • Achieve territorial sales goals and objectives as set by regional management.
  • Prepare daily prospecting and sales funnel activity reports.
