About The Position

The objective of the Account Executive is simple - to bring new business to BambooHR. But this is not your run-of-the-mill sales job. As a Partner Account Executive, you'll be working with prospective partners and their clients to educate them on the BambooHR platform. By building a relationship with these HR professionals, department leaders, and even executive leaders such as CEOs, you'll get the opportunity to really set people free to do great work. You'll do this by showing the potential ROI BambooHR can provide for their businesses, which will result in converting prospective clients into new clients while also helping recruit new referral partners. We have a proven process for successful B2B SaaS selling, and you'll find that our sales culture is unique (in a good way). Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and a desire to pursue a long-term sales career
  • A track record of exceeding expectations
  • An ability to articulate our product's value proposition to SMB clients via webinars, online demos, phone, and email
  • Demonstrated collaboration and negotiation skills
  • A great attitude, self motivation, and a passion for growth
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Creativity and innovation in sales processes
  • Significant effort in building strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule (Tuesday - Thursday from our Draper UT headquarters, with Mondays and Fridays flexible work mode)

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and qualifying SMB prospects by phone and email
  • Managing leads sent over from the SDR team
  • Sharing the value of our referral partner program with potential partners
  • Conducting sales via web conference and phone
  • Working full-time, Monday-Friday with no nights or weekends
