About The Position

The Account & Event Manager will play a crucial role in managing customer accounts and representing the company at trade shows across the United States. This position involves collaborating with a small team to ensure exceptional customer service, efficient order management, and the development of marketing materials. The role also includes travel to various locations for trade shows, providing an opportunity to engage with potential clients and promote the company's products.

Requirements

  • Strong Account Management skills, with a focus on building and maintaining profitable long-term relationships with clients
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word, with the capability to use these tools to streamline business operations
  • Intermediate skills in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Cloud, with demonstrated experience using these tools for creative and marketing purposes
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows
  • Prior Trade Show / Event experience is preferred
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills, with a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly
  • Expertise in Order Management, with the ability to efficiently process orders and ensure timely delivery

Responsibilities

  • Accurately implement orders through Microsoft Dynamics and supervise the order fulfillment process
  • Handle and respond to customer emails using Microsoft Outlook
  • Address customer inquiries and issues via phone and email, ensuring a high level of customer service
  • Resolve any issues related to orders, returns, and so on
  • Represent company brands at trade shows across the United States, interacting with potential customers
  • Develop and maintain marketing assets for existing consumer product lines, as well as create new marketing assets for trade shows
  • Design marketing materials such as fliers using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions and account information
  • Supervise billing functions and budget processes related to account management
  • Use Microsoft Excel and Word to organize and manage account and event-related data
  • Plan and execute marketing and promotional events as part of the campaign planning process
  • Play an active role in account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient order management
