Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience leading complex client relationships and cross-functional teams, with demonstrated ownership of strategy, execution, and business outcomes; including at least 3 years managing and developing direct reports.
  • Strong analytical skillset with hands-on experience leveraging large, complex datasets to inform media strategy, optimization, and investment decisions; deep familiarity with performance metrics, attribution, and measurement tools across paid search, social, and digital channels.
  • Proven ability to bring structure to open-ended business challenges, navigate ambiguity, and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable client impact.
  • Experience across B2B, digital marketing, customer data, MarTech, and media platforms, with the ability to bridge high-level strategy and tactical execution in paid media
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a track record of delivering clear, compelling recommendations to senior marketing leaders; highly organized with strong time management, prioritization, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and media tools.
  • Must be able to speak and read English proficiently
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to use a keyboard and a telephone.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key strategic and performance partner for assigned clients, with a focus on driving measurable growth, efficiency, and customer acquisition across paid search, digital, and integrated media channels.
  • Build trust and credibility through consistent delivery of results, transparency, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Own senior-level client relationships, overseeing communication, timelines, deliverables, and reporting for complex, enterprise, and performance-driven accounts.
  • Develop deep understanding of client businesses, industries, growth models, and customer acquisition strategies to function as an extension of the client’s team.
  • Lead regular and ad hoc planning, performance, and business review meetings, including quarterly business reviews, growth planning sessions, and optimization workshops.
  • Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights that support client decision-making and investment strategy.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution, consistent optimization, and high-quality delivery across all performance programs.
  • Track and manage client budgets, billing, and pacing against performance goals and contractual commitments.
  • Report on account health, growth opportunities, and financial performance within senior agency planning forums.
  • Participate in new business development efforts, contributing performance strategy, case studies, and client success narratives.
  • Coach and support junior team members working on assigned accounts, reinforcing best practices in performance media management.
  • Collaborate with strategy, brand and performance media leaders to drive best in class media strategy and execution
  • Foster a culture based on teamwork, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity.
  • Motivate, lead, and manage internal team members, working collaboratively to deliver work that meet our clients’ business objectives.
  • Maintain a focus on employee development, mentorship and coaching, incorporating regular feedback for all team members; foster close collaboration with individual team leaders.
