The Account Director is a professional marketer who excels at building trust and rapport with clients and enjoys working with multiple brands. This role leads the client-agency relationship and is responsible for client retention and growth, which are pivotal to the agency’s success. This role will manage a portfolio of established client relationships alongside newly onboarded accounts, serving as the primary strategic point of contact across both. The Account Director ensures that strategies and deliverables align with client goals, reflect brand standards and priorities, speak to the target audience, deliver on the client's expectations, and are cohesive across consumer touchpoints. They pursue ways to strengthen the impact of our work for the client and sell new or expanded services.
