In addition to being the diplomatic face of the brand, both internally and externally, they accept the role of manager, liaison, thinker, and problem-solver. The Account Director leads broad-based, complex work-streams, is critical to the smooth running of Accounts, is a credible advisor and has very strong marketing communications experience. The Account Director has mastered communications, project management, and has a strong point of view on the pharmaceutical side. This person should be able to confidently lead client projects and internal teams, encouraging smart, effective and integrated solutions, and always deliver results and client satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to become an internal leader while developing strong relationships with clients.
