As an Account Director on our growing US Technology team, you'll play a key role in crafting and executing impactful reputation communications strategies and programs for both established and challenger brands. We're looking for a strategic and creative individual with a deep curiosity and understanding of the technology landscape and a passion for media relations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years' experience working in Tech PR.
  • Direct, hands-on experience with clients in at least two sectors: enterprise infrastructure and applications, AI, semiconductors, or emerging technologies.
  • A track record with integrated, 360-degree campaigns in the B2B space.
  • Experience with industry verticals and customer success storytelling.
  • Experience with industry analyst relations is a plus.
  • Experience managing company 'owned' events and tech industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Provide communications counsel to clients and manage significant client mandates.
  • Develop and implement integrated communications strategies and programs, including media relations, thought leadership, and product launches.
  • Maintain an active understanding of current affairs and industry issues, marketing objectives, technologies, and products of clients.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key media contacts and influencers in the technology industry.
  • Supervise junior team members' work on assigned accounts, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Oversee and contribute to the development of high-quality written content.
  • Develop and manage budgets and assist in tracking key financial levers.
  • Identify opportunities for client growth and contribute to generating new business opportunities.
