We are seeking a dedicated Account Director with a robust mix of influencer marketing, social media, analytics, content marketing experience. By nature, they are a confident, courageous and strategic leader who excels in building bullet proof relationships with both their clients as well as their internal team. They are known to bring value to every conversation, provide consultative direction to their clients, and know when and how to challenge the status quo within our ever changing industry.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in digital, social, and influencer marketing across integrated service offerings, managing multiple client portfolios with strong business outcomes.
  • Proven expertise in strategic planning, business insights, and performance measurement, using data to guide client recommendations, forecasting, and account growth.
  • Advanced knowledge of influencer marketing and production strategy, including paid and organic tactics, contract negotiations, content development, and campaign measurement.
  • Strong ability to lead high-level client relationships, ensuring alignment to goals, long-term partnership success, and consistent delivery.
  • Demonstrated success in revenue growth and account expansion through strategic recommendations and opportunity identification.
  • Effective people leader with experience coaching and developing teams to meet client expectations and performance standards.
  • Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, partnering with planning, creative, production, and media teams to drive results.
  • Expert grasp of social platforms, amplification strategies, and cross-channel integration.
  • Proficient with influencer management tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Klear, Tagger, Upfluence), social management platforms (Sprout, Sprinklr, Hootsuite), CRM tools (HubSpot), and presentation software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with creative tools (Photoshop, Canva, motion graphics) and relevant certifications (Facebook Blueprint, Twitter Flight School, Google Analytics) are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day primary point of contact for key clients, owning strategic relationships and ensuring consistent alignment to goals, KPIs, and performance expectations.
  • Identify, develop, and surface growth and expansion opportunities across accounts, partnering with CSLs and internal teams to drive revenue and long-term client value.
  • Lead strategic planning, quarterly business reviews, success measurement, and account vision-setting, ensuring narratives are insight-driven, performance-focused, and tied to client impact.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across influencer, community management, production, paid social, and events, ensuring flawless delivery across all products and services.
  • Lead and oversee creator communications for Macro & Mega tiers, ensuring white-glove talent management, clear expectations, and strong partnership execution.
  • Manage campaign pacing, KPIs, optimization efforts, and overall program success to consistently meet or exceed performance benchmarks.
  • Drive elevated brand storytelling, creative ideation, insights, and analytics, pushing teams to deliver innovative, differentiated work across a client portfolio.
  • Lead the BI partnership kickoff for all key accounts, aligning on measurement frameworks, KPIs, reporting timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with the CSL.
  • Own the wrap-report workflow, coordinating with BI, reviewing all reports for accuracy and strategic alignment, and ensuring insights are clearly communicated to clients.
  • Provide leadership, guidance and escalation support to Account Supervisors and Account Managers, fostering accountability and growth.
  • Coach and develop direct reports by providing regular feedback, training, and guidance, fostering a collaborative team culture that drives strong performance, career growth, and high-quality client delivery.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Creative, Finance, and BI to deliver integrated, scalable solutions for clients.
  • Act as the internal advocate for the client’s POV, ensuring their needs, priorities, and feedback are clearly represented across teams while balancing those inputs with what’s required to deliver successful, high-performing campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate Kantata project data, ensuring budgets, resourcing, timelines, and tasks are consistently reviewed and optimized.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies across planning, forecasting, and client-facing materials to improve speed, quality, and scalability.
