About The Position

The Account Director - GDS, Online, and Direct Luxury Sales is responsible for driving revenue and market share through strategic partnerships with luxury travel agencies, consortia, and direct booking channels including Global Distribution Systems (GDS), Online Travel Agencies (OTA), and brand.com platforms. This role will lead initiatives to optimize digital distribution, enhance visibility across luxury travel networks, and cultivate high-value relationships with travel advisors and consortia partners. This position complements the broader luxury sales team and works in tandem with other Account Directors to ensure full market coverage and strategic alignment. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental, property, and corporate policies, practices, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in luxury hospitality sales, travel agency relations, or digital distribution.
  • Proven success in managing high-value accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of GDS platforms (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus), OTA ecosystems and consortia programs.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Existing network within luxury travel consortia and agency communities.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, SynXis, Travel Click).
  • Familiarity with Las Vegas hospitality landscape.
  • Proven success in driving direct booking growth and optimizing digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies across GDS, OTA, and direct booking platforms to grow luxury leisure revenue.
  • Manage relationships with top-tier luxury travel agencies, consortia (e.g., Virtuoso, Signature, Travel Leaders), and digital distribution partners.
  • Lead RFPs, rate loading, and promotional campaigns across global distribution systems and online channels.
  • Monitor channel performance and optimize conversion through pricing, content, and merchandising strategies.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for luxury consortia and preferred agency programs.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and joint marketing initiatives with key partners.
  • Deliver training and engagement programs for travel advisors to drive brand advocacy and bookings.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce and revenue teams to enhance brand.com performance and direct booking share.
  • Ensure accurate and compelling content across all digital touchpoints.
  • Identify opportunities to personalize the online booking experience for luxury travelers.
  • Represent Caesars Palace at luxury travel trade shows, consortia events, and advisor conferences.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in digital travel, luxury consumer behavior, and distribution technology.
  • Position the property as a leader in luxury hospitality through storytelling and strategic visibility.
  • Partner with internal teams including revenue management, marketing, and operations to align strategies.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on channel performance, market trends, and partner feedback.
  • Collaborate with other Account Directors to ensure cohesive market coverage and avoid overlapping.
