Account Director, Clinton Global Initiative (project-based)

The CGI Account Manager leads the Community Growth team and is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective sponsors and members, ensuring their needs are met while delivering exceptional service. They act as the main point of contact between these stakeholders and CGI, work to identify the best engagement plan for new relationships, work to identify opportunities for increased engagement within existing relationships and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the completion of agreed-upon deliverables. In parallel, Account Managers are also responsible for leveraging the CGI audience engagement strategy to generate ticket sales outside of the account management model. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential for success in this position. The Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) convenes global and emerging leaders to create and implement solutions to the world’s most pressing challenges. CGI works with partners to drive action through its unique model. Rather than directly implementing projects, CGI facilitates action by helping members connect, collaborate, and develop Commitments to Action — new, specific, and measurable plans that address global challenges. This is a 6-month project-based opportunity.
