At Postman, we're looking for an ambitious and motivated Account Development Specialist to join our high-performing sales organization. This is an entry-level role designed to help you break into SaaS sales at an industry-leading company. In this role, you'll work side-by-side with our Strategic Account Directors-our top sales reps who manage Postman's most important enterprise accounts-as well as a seasoned Enterprise ADR, SE and post-sales teams. You'll gain hands-on experience in enterprise sales development, learning how to prospect effectively, research deeply, and understand the complex organizational structures of some of the world's largest companies. If you succeed, you'll have the opportunity to move into a mid-market Account Development role within six months, giving you a fast track to accelerating your sales career.
