As an Account Development Representative at Udemy, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company's presence in the APAC region. Your primary focus will be on strategizing with Account Executives to reach out to Fortune 1000 companies, showcasing Udemy Business's unique value proposition. This position emphasizes the use of innovative sales automation tools to enhance prospecting skills and drive high-impact conversations, ultimately contributing to Udemy's mission of becoming the leading skills-based learning organization globally.

  • Building pipeline across the APAC / Australia enterprise business segment leveraging multiple sales channels to drive high-impact conversations.
  • Becoming a powerful storyteller that clearly and confidently conveys Udemy Business value across key customers and leaders new to the Udemy brand.
  • Leveraging in-demand sales tools to drive efficiency, review key metrics, and optimize processes (Salesloft, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong).
  • Collaborating with Account Executive partners to identify key buying signals and develop a strong action plan to build brand awareness and set meetings.
  • Mastering core sales skills: Call effectiveness, time management, territory planning and execution, sales tools and digital strategy.
  • Enhancing Udemy's inclusive culture by championing yourself and the wins of others in a hybrid environment.
  • Strong experience in a customer-facing role and an interest in a future career in sales.
  • Experience with 1+ year of lead qualification, business development or similar skills and a track record of success.
