We are hiring an Account Development Representative (ADR) to join our ADR team and work with our Marketing & Sales teams to help us drive top-of-funnel pipeline growth through Account-Based Marketing & Sales. The role reports to our Vice President of Commercial Sales and includes strategic account development, creative outbound prospecting, and ongoing inbound qualification. As an ADR, you’ll play a crucial part in fueling Hyperproof’s growth by identifying and engaging high-potential prospects and helping to build strong account strategies alongside our ABM experts and our Account Executives. You'll partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging across the funnel. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU TO DO You’ll research and identify new outbound prospects across target markets and accounts. You’ll craft compelling messaging across phone, email, and social to engage with senior decision-makers. You’ll qualify inbound leads and schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives. You’ll build and maintain target account lists and work in tandem with Marketing on ABM campaigns and field event follow-ups. You’ll collaborate weekly with Account Executives to build custom account-based plans, multi thread accounts with the right roles, and share findings from outbound engagement. You’ll be at the forefront working with cutting edge AI tools to develop account intelligence and increase personalization by account and role. You’ll establish yourself as an expert on Hyperproof’s value prop, tools, and customer pain points by your fourth month. You’ll generate a consistent flow of sales-qualified meetings that convert to opportunities and contribute to qualified pipeline goals by your sixth month. HOW YOU’LL KNOW YOU ARE SUCCESSFUL Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals for meetings set and qualified opportunities created. Maintain activity targets (calls, emails, social outreach) with a focus on quality engagement and conversion of target accounts. Effectively manage CRM hygiene (Salesforce) with timely updates and documentation. Drive qualified pipeline contributions for your assigned book of business in a scalable and efficient manner.
